About
Meet your personal trainer in London
I've spent six years working as a Personal trainer in London and currently competing in men's physique. Same discipline, two sides of the same job. I train clients face-to-face at London gyms and coach others online, using the same approach for both.

How I became a personal trainer in London
I’ve always been into fitness. Growing up, I was very active, playing football and running regularly. I also trained in the gym and did weight training, but football and running were my main focus.
That changed after I sprained my ankle playing football. Weight training became a much bigger part of my life, and I started taking my training and nutrition more seriously. In 2020, I qualified as a personal trainer and began helping people achieve their fitness goals. Since then, I’ve worked with clients looking to build muscle, lose body fat, get stronger and feel more confident in the gym. Most of the people I work with aren't chasing a stage. They just want to feel strong, look better in their clothes and stop starting over every January.
In 2025, I began competing in men’s physique, winning my class at PCA Wolverhampton and placing third at the PCA Universe. Competing has given me another level of experience in training, nutrition, dieting and holding onto muscle while getting lean. I now bring that experience into the way I coach every client. If you've ever wondered how to lose fat without losing the muscle you've built, that's the exact problem competition prep forces you to solve.
How I work
Four things that do not change
Assessment before programming
First session is movement, history, injuries and what your week really looks like. The programme comes after that, not from a template. I want to know what's worked before, what hasn't, and what's actually realistic for your schedule, not just your goals.
Technique is the priority
Load goes up when the movement earns it. Clients who train well stay training, and training uninterrupted is what produces the result. Progress isn't rushed for the sake of a bigger number on the bar. It's earned through consistent, well-executed reps.
Nutrition you can repeat
No meal plans that collapse on a Friday. I build around what you eat now, then adjust the parts that hold you back. That might mean swapping one meal at a time or adjusting portions, not tearing up how you already eat and starting from scratch.
Numbers reviewed monthly
Weight, measurements, photos and lifts. If the trend is flat for two weeks the plan changes. You always know where you stand. No guesswork and no waiting three months to find out something is not working.
